Haven Kimmel
Haven Kimmel is the author of She Got Up Off the Couch (Simon & Schuster, 2006), Something Rising (Light and Swift) (Simon & Schuster, 2004), The Solace of Leaving Early (Random House, 2003), and A Girl Named Zippy (Random House, 2002). She studied English and creative writing at Ball State University and North Carolina State University and attended seminary at the Earlham School of Religion. She lives in Durham, North Carolina.
